Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item if:

  • Only new products are eligible for return.

  • This includes products that are unopened in their original packaging or have never been used.

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item

Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting your return (if required), we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items that meet our return policy criteria.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
  • All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before being sent back.
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
